Refund Policy

1 - RETURNS

 

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a refund or exchange it for a different item within 30 days of receiving it.

To start the return process, simply contact our friendly customer support team with your order number and photos that show the issue with the product. They'll provide you with the necessary instructions and address for the return.

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds if you choose the wrong size, as we provide detailed size guides for each of our products to help you make an informed decision.

If your order has not been shipped yet, you have the right to cancel and request a refund for any reason. If your order has already been shipped and there's an issue with the product, such as it being broken or defective, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund or exchange.

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and at your own cost. Once we receive your returned product and have checked its quality, we'll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

Please note that sale items cannot be refunded for change of mind. However, if the item is faulty or damaged, we'll happily provide a refund or exchange.

Please note: we do not provide a shipping label for returns.

2 - NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS

There are certain items that are not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards: Once issued, gift cards cannot be refunded. By purchasing a gift card on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions of sale for that item.
  • Masks: For health reasons, masks cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Lootbox: we do not accept returns or refund on Lootboxes.

There may also be cases where only a partial refund is granted (if applicable):

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not related with us.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Orders paid with cryptocurrencies are not eligible for refund.

3 - REFUND (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved for a refund, the process will be initiated and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

4 - LATE OR MISSING REFUND (if applicable)

5 - EXCHANGES (if applicable)

6 - DAMAGED ITEMS (if applicable)

 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@techwear.army with photos of the damage and your order number. We will gladly replace the product or issue a refund.

 

7 - GIFTS

 

If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of your return.

 

8 - SHIPPING

 

To return your product, please contact us at contact@techwear.army. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it may take for exchanged products to reach you may vary depending on your location. Please note that you must provide us with a tracking number for all returns.
