Shipping Policy



Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. The typical delivery time is 3 to 5 days, depending on the items you have selected. Please note that some of our products are made to order in order to guarantee the highest quality. In these cases, the delivery time may be longer.

We will be sending your order from one of our international warehouses (located in the USA, Asia, or Europe). If your order includes multiple items, it is possible that they will be shipped separately, depending on available stock and the location of the warehouse. If you need to return your order, you will be asked to send it back to the warehouse from which it was shipped. Please see our return policy for instructions on initiating a return.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Please note that we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.




Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times may be delayed depending on your country. Delivery times are as follows:

  • 1 to 3 weeks for the USA and Canada (7 to 21 business days)
  • 1 to 2 weeks for European countries (7 to 14 business days)
  • 1 to 2 weeks for Asian countries (7 to 14 business days)
  • 2 to 4 weeks for the rest of the world (14 to 28 business days)

In the event that a product is temporarily out of stock, delivery may take a little longer. Please note that during exceptional events, your items might be delivered within a maximum of 60 days. If you receive an item outside of this timeframe, you may request a refund.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, but customs taxes on international shipments may apply depending on your country, and are the responsibility of the customer.
